- No refunds is provided if mails are lost as we are not liable for it
- We are not liable for any tax payments after shipping of items
- Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you
- Refunds may be given depending on circumstances, usually we only give refunds if the product is damaged only!
- All sales are final. Do note that Aure.co reserves the right to refuse returns, re-shipments and refunds.
- Orders are processed within hours, therefore changes or cancellations are not allowed
- If the item is damaged do reach out to me DM on instagram otherwise all paid items are non-refundable
- We will not provide a refund for wrong address or tax payments
Care instructions
Jewelry
- Handmade jewelry should be kept away from water
- Use a polishing cloth and anti-tarnish solution(Hydrogen Peroxide) to maintain jewelry condition. You can get the anti-tarnish solution from any online store!
- Always keep it in the box/reusable bag provided to prevent the air from reacting with the metals used in jewelry
Where do you ship from?
- I ship from Singapore! A sunny, tropical island in Southeast Asia! Singapore is a city, a nation and a state!
Why is my order taking so long?
- Most of our products are handmade and we need time to remake them!
- Generally, international shipping takes 3-6 weeks, if you are ordering it as a gift, please at least order it 1-2 months early!
How do i track my orders?
- The tracking number will be sent to your email! You can use the link below my website to check!
What currency is the store in?
- The store is priced in SGD, you can change the currency at the bottom of the page!
